Luxury Villa Bali is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical E-commerce Executive to join our commercial team in Seminyak.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with online travel platforms, pricing strategies, data analysis, and commercial performance while building a long-term career in the hospitality industry.

Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills and enjoys working with numbers and data
• Strong written English communication skills
• Well-organized with excellent time management and follow-through skills
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in hospitality, reservations, e-commerce, revenue management, or a similar role
• Experience with OTA platforms, Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Managers, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize property listings across Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms and other distribution channels
• Monitor room rates, availability, and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue opportunities
• Analyze booking trends, market performance, and competitor activities to support commercial strategies
• Prepare accurate reports, performance analysis, and commercial insights for management
• Work closely with the Reservations team and other internal departments to ensure accurate inventory and pricing updates
• Support the implementation of new distribution channels and commercial initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve online visibility, conversion rates, and overall booking performance
