Bali Expat Solutions is looking for a confident and professional Public Relations / Guest Relations Officer to join The Hair Extension Seminyak team.

Qualifications:

• Male candidate
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Front Office, Customer Service, or Shopkeeper
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, partners, media, and stakeholders
• Confident, professional, and well-presented appearance
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capable of handling guest concerns professionally
• Proactive, outgoing personality with excellent networking skills
• Able to represent the brand professionally in external communications and events

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally
• Support continuous improvement of customer experience and guest satisfaction initiatives
• Represent The Hair Extension Seminyak brand confidently through daily interactions, partnerships, and promotional events
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest service and satisfaction
• Maintain a positive brand image through professional communication and relationship management
