Bombora Medewi is looking for an experienced and dedicated Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Jembrana.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Housekeeping supervisory position
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations
• Supervise Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, and Laundry staff to ensure efficient operations
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure quality standards are consistently met
• Ensure compliance with housekeeping procedures, safety regulations, and company policies
• Coordinate room readiness and housekeeping priorities with the Front Office department
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen inventory, and operational stock levels
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns
• Assist with staff scheduling, coaching, training, and performance evaluations
• Prepare housekeeping reports and support departmental administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and employees
