Arvo is looking for an outgoing and professional Host / Hostess to join our Pre-Opening Team in Seminyak.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional first impression upon arrival
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables while ensuring a smooth seating process
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally and courteously
• Coordinate closely with the restaurant service team to optimize seating flow and guest experience
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areas
• Assist with reservation management and guest database updates when required
• Support the successful pre-opening setup and daily front-of-house operations
