Arvo is looking for a creative and experienced Bartender / Barista to join our Pre-Opening Team in Seminyak.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Creative, hardworking, and a strong team player
• Skilled in preparing tropical cocktails, specialty beverages, and mocktails
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to company standards
• Create visually appealing and consistent beverage presentations
• Deliver exceptional customer service while engaging professionally with guests
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and coffee station
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and ordering requirements
• Ensure compliance with food safety, beverage preparation, and sanitation standards
• Contribute creative ideas for seasonal beverages and signature drink menus
• Support the successful pre-opening setup and daily operation of the beverage department
