Taman Bali Property is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive OTA Specialist to join our team in Badung.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in managing OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, and other online travel agencies
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible
- Experience in hospitality or property management is preferred
- Comfortable communicating in English is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest inquiries received through OTA platforms professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with the Reservation Team regarding booking updates and guest requests
- Update room rates, availability, and promotional offers across OTA platforms
- Plan, manage, and optimize OTA campaigns and promotional activities
- Assist with onboarding and managing new properties on OTA channels
- Monitor OTA performance, analyze booking trends, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain accurate listings and ensure all property information is up to date across distribution channels
