Arcadia Restaurant is looking for a talented and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team in Ubud.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the same position
• Experience in a fine dining restaurant is an advantage
• Fast learner with strong adaptability skills
• Excellent multitasking abilities and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in supervising daily kitchen operations
• Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and quality standards
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
• Supervise and support kitchen team members during food preparation and service
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies
• Monitor inventory, food storage, and ingredient quality while minimizing waste
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff and maintaining efficient teamwork
• Support menu development and contribute ideas for continuous culinary improvement
