Cocomo Canggu is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Daily Worker (DW) Waitress to join our team in Canggu.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the same position
• Careful, neat, responsible, and committed to delivering excellent service
• Fast learner with strong adaptability skills
• Excellent multitasking abilities and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Open-minded, smart, innovative, and a strong team player
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, attentive service throughout their dining experience
• Present menus, explain menu items, and provide food and beverage recommendations when needed
• Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely food and beverage service
• Prepare and maintain dining tables, service stations, and restaurant areas according to company standards
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality throughout every shift
• Support the restaurant team in delivering exceptional hospitality and achieving operational excellence
