Exclusive Projects Factory is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our team in Uluwatu.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position
• Basic English communication skills
• Positive attitude and able to communicate and work effectively within a team
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to company standards
• Prepare rooms and facilities before guest arrivals to ensure they are clean and well-presented
• Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities as required
• Maintain housekeeping equipment, cleaning supplies, and storage areas in an organized condition
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost and found items promptly to the relevant department
• Follow housekeeping procedures, hygiene standards, and workplace safety regulations at all times
• Respond to guest requests professionally and efficiently
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and high guest satisfaction
