Kahayana Suites Ubud is looking for an experienced and service-oriented Front Office Supervisor to join our team in Ubud.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and the local language; additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and provide effective solutions
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and customer-oriented attitude
• Honest, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Familiar with hotel health, safety, and security standards

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Front Office department
• Lead, train, motivate, and support the front office team to maintain high service standards
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes while delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and special arrangements professionally and efficiently
• Monitor room availability, reservations, and daily operational reports to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations, and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, safety, and security standards
• Prepare operational reports and assist management in improving front office performance and guest satisfaction
