Hood Villas is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Housekeeping Staff to join our team in Jimbaran.

Qualifications:

• Male, maximum 35 years old
• Experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in a hotel, villa, or resort
• Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and hygiene practices
• Able to operate housekeeping equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely
• Physically fit, hardworking, honest, and responsible
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Available to join immediately is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, villas, bathrooms, and public areas according to company standards
• Prepare rooms and villas before guest arrivals to ensure they are clean, comfortable, and fully equipped
• Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities as required
• Operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost and found items promptly
• Maintain housekeeping supplies, equipment, and storage areas in an organized condition
• Follow housekeeping procedures, hygiene standards, and workplace safety regulations at all times
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding guest satisfaction
