Menara Peninsula Hotel, the Crown Jewel of West Jakarta, is looking for an experienced and visionary Executive Chef to lead our culinary team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a 4-star or 5-star hotel
• HACCP Certificate holder
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with strong prioritization skills
• Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Familiar with the VHP System is an advantage
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all culinary operations to ensure the highest standards of food quality and consistency
• Develop innovative menus and recipes while maintaining profitability and cost efficiency
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations in accordance with hotel standards
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
• Manage food cost, inventory control, purchasing, and kitchen budgeting
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop the culinary team to achieve operational excellence
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage and other departments to enhance guest dining experiences and support hotel events
