Djitu Hospitality Solution is looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Assistant Revenue Manager to join our team in Denpasar.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
• Experience in Revenue Management as an E-Commerce Staff or Supervisor within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of revenue management, pricing strategies, and OTA distribution channels
• Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Manager, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Revenue Manager in developing and implementing revenue and pricing strategies
• Monitor occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), RevPAR, and overall market performance
• Analyze business data to support pricing decisions and revenue optimization
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
• Track and evaluate the performance of promotional campaigns and distribution channels
• Support rate updates across distribution channels when required and approved
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to identify revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to maximize business performance
