Villa Mahkota by Bali Realty Holiday Villas is looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Butler to join our team in Seminyak.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Able to prepare simple breakfast for guests
• Guest service-oriented with excellent hospitality skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position or a related hospitality role
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide personalized butler service throughout their stay
• Prepare and serve simple breakfast according to guest preferences and company standards
• Assist guests with requests, inquiries, and special arrangements professionally and efficiently
• Ensure villas are well-prepared, clean, and fully equipped before guest arrival
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and butler equipment
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional hospitality at all times
• Uphold company service standards and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences
