PT. Anugrah Jaya Retailindo is looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Communication & E-Commerce Executive to join our team.

Job responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all key marketing performance metrics across the marketing team
• Drive user growth by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, identifying business opportunities, and improving operational processes
• Build brand awareness and customer engagement by collaborating with the Brand Team to create and execute localized marketing campaigns and activation programs
• Optimize marketing channels and campaign performance through continuous testing, monitoring, and analysis to maximize conversions and return on investment (ROI)
• Improve operational efficiency by identifying process, capacity, and capability bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions
• Monitor digital marketing performance and provide strategic recommendations based on campaign analytics
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, e-commerce developments, and consumer behavior to enhance business performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Marketing is preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the FMCG or Retail industry
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
• Experience with digital marketing strategies and performance tracking tools
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative, communicative, and able to collaborate effectively within a team
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in digital platforms, e-commerce, and current social media trends
