SOTIS Hotel Falatehan, a three-star hotel located in South Jakarta, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree graduate
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the hotel industry
• Familiar with all market segments within the hospitality industry
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance
• Proficient in driving and holds a valid SIM A driving license
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Creative, outgoing, result-oriented, and highly motivated
• Excellent personality and communication skills
• Disciplined and able to work effectively as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share across all sales segments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, government institutions, and business partners
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
• Collaborate with operational departments to ensure successful execution of client requirements and events
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management
• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve individual and departmental objectives
