Hidden Hills Villas is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in Uluwatu.

About the role

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and luxury standards of our villas, guest rooms, and public areas, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, villas, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest luxury standards
• Prepare all guest rooms and villas before arrivals, ensuring they are clean and fully equipped
• Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities as required
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns promptly
• Follow all housekeeping procedures, hygiene standards, and safety protocols
• Respond to guest requests professionally, efficiently, and courteously
• Maintain housekeeping equipment, cleaning supplies, and storage areas in an organized condition
• Coordinate closely with the Housekeeping team and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, villa, or hospitality environment is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks throughout the day
• Honest, reliable, and able to work independently as well as within a team
• Basic English communication skills are preferred
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
