Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide personalized guest services throughout the guest’s stay
• Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of guest villas and public areas
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with company service standards
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues professionally
• Coordinate with all operational departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Ensure all service, housekeeping, and food safety standards are consistently maintained
• Represent the resort with professionalism while creating memorable guest experiences
