Responsibilities:

• Handle room reservations through various booking channels promptly and accurately
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and resort information
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth reservation operations
• Support sales initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities
• Maintain accurate reservation records and update booking systems regularly
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, travel agents, and business partners
• Prepare reservation and sales reports as required by management
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the reservation process
