Pronoia Lifestyle Community is looking for an experienced and results-driven Investment & Business Development Manager to join our team in Jimbaran.

Requirements:

• Based in Bali (expat candidates are preferred)
• Experience in business development, property, hospitality, or investment sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Responsibilities:

• Generate meetings with potential investors and villa buyers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, brokers, and real estate professionals
• Conduct project presentations, property tours, and site inspections for prospective clients
• Manage, develop, and grow the sales pipeline to achieve business targets
• Represent Pronoia Lifestyle Community at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales process
• Prepare sales reports and provide market insights to support business growth strategies
