Exclusive Projects Factory is looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Uluwatu.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or property management as a Supervisor, Duty Manager, or similar position is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns professionally
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Good understanding of basic housekeeping standards
• Good command of spoken and written English

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily property operations and ensuring smooth business activities
• Supervise operational staff and support team performance to maintain service excellence
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness and operational standards are maintained
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure efficient operations
• Support the implementation and monitoring of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Assist with operational reporting, scheduling, and administrative tasks as required
• Maintain a positive working environment while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction
