The Mango Tree Cafe is looking for a Waiter/Waitress with previous experience, conversational English skills, and a friendly, proactive attitude to deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress
• Minimum 20 years old
• Well-groomed, honest, and proactive
• Conversational English skills
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service throughout their dining experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them efficiently
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving concerns professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area before, during, and after service
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth operations
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times
• Support the team in delivering an exceptional dining experience
