The Mango Tree Cafe is looking for a passionate Barista with previous experience, conversational English skills, and a friendly, proactive attitude to deliver excellent coffee and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista
• Minimum 20 years old
• Well-groomed, honest, and proactive
• Conversational English skills
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to company standards
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to every guest
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements when needed
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Support the team in maintaining smooth daily café operations
