Mamasan Bali is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Officer to join our team in Seminyak.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in a Purchasing role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Committed to accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality standards
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team

Responsibilities:

• Source, purchase, and monitor food, beverage, and operational supplies according to company requirements
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best value and quality
• Coordinate with kitchen and operational departments regarding purchasing needs and inventory levels
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and supporting documentation
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control to prevent shortages or overstocking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while ensuring product quality and timely deliveries
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and operational standards
