Black Sand Brewery is looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Waitress to join our team in Canggu.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good grooming and professional appearance
• Fluent in English
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the team
• Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional food and beverage service
• Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when appropriate
• Take guest orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving concerns professionally
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service operations
• Prepare and maintain table settings before, during, and after service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area in accordance with company standards
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and service procedures to deliver an exceptional dining experience
