Klive Beach Club is looking for an experienced and passionate Floor Supervisor to join our team in Uluwatu.

Qualifications:

• Must be domiciled in Bali
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same position
• Hospitality background is preferred
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, motivate, and support the service team in delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ensure service standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to maintain seamless operations
• Monitor staff performance and assist with training and team development
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining and service areas
• Prepare daily operational reports and assist management in achieving service excellence
