The One Boutique Villa & Spa Seminyak is looking for a detail-oriented and professional Accounting Staff to join our Finance team.

Qualifications:

• Male, maximum 35 years old
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position within a 5-star hotel or luxury villa
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting
• Highly proficient in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and accounting software
• Detail-oriented, analytical, creative, and energetic
• Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Able to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Record and process daily financial transactions accurately and on time
• Prepare and maintain accounting records, journals, and supporting documentation
• Reconcile bank accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports
• Verify invoices, payments, and financial documents for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting standards, and internal controls
• Coordinate with other departments regarding financial and administrative matters
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes and assist with audit requirements
