The One Boutique Villa & Spa Seminyak is looking for a professional and guest-oriented Guest Service Assistant (Receptionist) to join our Front Office team.

Qualifications:

• Male, maximum 30 years old
• Minimum height of 170 cm
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position within a 5-star hotel or luxury villa
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Minimum Diploma 1 (D1) in Hospitality, Room Division, or a related field
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Computer literate with proficiency in hotel management systems
• Able to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional front desk services throughout their stay
• Handle guest check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests in accordance with company standards
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain accurate guest records and process payments using the hotel management system
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and professionally presented at all times
• Deliver exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality
