The One Boutique Villa & Spa Seminyak is looking for an experienced and professional Front Office Coordinator to lead our Front Office team and deliver exceptional guest service.

Qualifications:

• Male / Female
• Maximum 35 years old
• Well groomed and professional appearance
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an FO Supervisor within a 5-star hotel or luxury villa
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Minimum D3 in Hospitality / Room Division
• Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, creativity, and a great team player
• Computer literate (proficiency in hotel systems)
• Able to join immediately
• Fluency in an additional foreign language is a major plus

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise daily Front Office operations to ensure smooth and efficient guest services
• Lead, train, and support the Front Office team in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences
• Ensure efficient check-in, check-out, reservation handling, and guest communication processes
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor room availability, guest arrivals, departures, and daily operational activities
• Ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and luxury service standards
• Prepare operational reports and assist management in improving service quality and operational efficiency
