The One Boutique Villa & Spa Seminyak is looking for a professional and service-oriented Butler to join our hospitality team and deliver exceptional personalized guest experiences.

Qualifications:

• Male
• Maximum 30 years old
• Height Minimum 170cm
• Well groomed and professional appearance
• Minimum 1 years of experience in the same position within a 5-star hotel or luxury villa
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Minimum D1 in Hospitality / Room Division
• Service-oriented, creative, energetic, with excellent communication skills
• Able to join immediately
• Prior experience in Food & Beverage service is a major plus

Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized butler services to ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout the stay
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in, check-out, and luggage handling when required
• Respond promptly to guest requests and anticipate guest needs with a proactive approach
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service
• Assist in serving meals, beverages, and in-room dining when required
• Ensure guest rooms and amenities meet luxury hospitality standards before guest arrival
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences to provide personalized service
