The One Boutique Villa & Spa Seminyak is looking for an experienced and dynamic Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, maximum 45 years old
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position within a 5-star hotel or luxury villa
• Creative, innovative, and highly responsible
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Hospitality, Room Division, or a related field
• Strong leadership skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Computer literate with proficiency in hotel management systems
• Able to join immediately
• Highly motivated and able to perform effectively under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise all housekeeping operations to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Lead, train, evaluate, and motivate the housekeeping team to achieve operational excellence
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are maintained to luxury hospitality standards
• Monitor room inspections and ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Manage housekeeping inventory, linen, uniforms, cleaning supplies, and operational budgets efficiently
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Prepare housekeeping reports, schedules, and performance evaluations while implementing continuous improvements
