Dijiwa Sanctuaries is seeking an experienced and visionary Operational Manager / Resort Manager to join the Pre-Opening Team of Alta Sila Sidemen.

Preferred qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Solid understanding of hotel and resort operations, budgeting, and business performance
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and building high-performing teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all daily resort operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
• Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service standards
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining the highest levels of hospitality and operational excellence
• Monitor departmental performance, budgets, and operational costs to achieve financial targets
• Coordinate closely with department heads to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and hospitality standards
• Support all pre-opening activities, including operational planning, team preparation, and service implementation
• Prepare operational reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
