Qualifications:

• Male
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proactive with a positive attitude, high motivation, and strong work ethic
• Capable of performing air conditioning (AC) cleaning and pool attendant duties

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on property facilities and equipment
• Clean and maintain air conditioning units according to operational standards
• Monitor, clean, and maintain swimming pool facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational issues
• Maintain engineering tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety and operational standards
