Semaya Beach Resort is looking for an experienced and dedicated Restaurant & Bar Supervisor to lead our Food & Beverage team in Nusa Penida.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities to manage daily operations efficiently
• Ability to identify operational issues quickly and implement effective solutions
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
• Professional, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and bar to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, train, and motivate the Food & Beverage team to maintain high service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional hospitality and promptly resolving guest concerns
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with company SOPs
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Manage staff scheduling, operational readiness, and daily briefings
• Assist in inventory control, stock management, and operational reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency
