NextStepKu is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Villa Management for one of our clients, a leading real estate developer in Canggu, Bali.

Qualifications:

• Strong business acumen with proven experience in hospitality or property management
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, including property owners, investors, and internal teams
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operational plans effectively
• Solid understanding of finance, legal coordination, and operational management
• Proven ability to manage multiple villa assets or projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and overall performance of multiple villa properties
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Manage relationships with property owners, investors, and key stakeholders
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and operational expenses to maximize returns
• Coordinate legal, compliance, and administrative matters related to villa operations
• Lead, mentor, and develop villa management and operational teams
• Ensure all properties maintain the highest standards of service, maintenance, and operational excellence
• Prepare operational and financial reports while providing strategic recommendations to senior management
