RHEA Hotels & Villas is looking for a skilled and dedicated Engineering Staff to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our hotel facilities and technical systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Experience in facility maintenance and equipment repair is an advantage
• Able to perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance efficiently
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to workplace safety

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair hotel facilities, equipment, and infrastructure
• Handle electrical, mechanical, and plumbing system maintenance
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and technical issues
• Ensure all engineering systems operate efficiently and safely
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Coordinate with other departments to support daily hotel operations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
