Dijiwa Sanctuaries is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Chief Accountant to lead our finance team and ensure the highest standards of financial management and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Chief Accountant or similar accounting role
• Honest, responsible, and disciplined
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Able to lead a team and work effectively under deadlines
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
• Supervise and support the accounting team in daily activities
• Coordinate audits and maintain proper financial documentation
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
• Implement and improve accounting procedures and internal controls
