Cactus Beach Club & Restaurant is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress (F&B Service) to join our vibrant team on the beautiful island of Nusa Penida.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same position, preferably in the hospitality or beach club industry
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written (additional languages are an advantage)
• Positive attitude, excellent grooming, and outstanding communication skills
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Energetic, guest-oriented, and highly motivated
• Willing to be placed and reside in Nusa Penida, Bali
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout their dining experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks according to company standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving concerns professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold the restaurant’s service standards and contribute to a positive guest experience
