Requirement
- Willing to work honestly
- Good attitude and pleasant personality
- Open for local Indonesian nationality only
- Associate or Diploma degree in related disciplines
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Minimum 2 year experience in similar role and organization
- Experience overseeing integrated marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and working alongside external creative agencies or designers.
- Understanding platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn to maximize brand awareness
- Demonstrated experience knowledge in the required disciplines
- Strong leadership skill and interpersonal skill
- Open minded, well organized and result oriented
- Dynamic, inspiring, and innovative
- Willing to be placed in Bali
- Familiar with Power Pro Hotel System
- Able to join immediately
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness
- Plan, execute, and evaluate digital and offline marketing campaigns
- Manage social media content and brand communications across multiple platforms
- Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, photographers, and other external partners
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and efficiently
- Support promotional activities, events, and public relations initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and marketing objectives
