LataLiana Villas Seminyak is looking for a passionate and dedicated Butler to join our team and provide exceptional personalized service to our guests.
Qualifications:
- Young, smart, energetic, and innovative
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Disciplined, hardworking, and eager to learn
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to drive an automatic car (valid driving license/SIM is an advantage)
- Experience in Front Office is an advantage
- Physically fit and in good health
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized and professional service to guests throughout their stay
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and special requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Prepare guest rooms and amenities according to company standards
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain accurate guest information and ensure confidentiality
- Uphold the property’s service standards and create memorable guest experiences
