Andari Bali Villas is looking for an experienced and passionate Villa Manager to lead our operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in handling reservations and OTA (Online Travel Agency) booking systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willing to work with a flexible schedule.
• Energetic, adaptable, innovative, and creative.
• Passionate, professional, and eager to grow and progress.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Able to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the villas and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and supervise villa staff to maintain high service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and administrative activities.
• Ensure the villas are maintained to the highest standards at all times.
