The Orchid Duck Restaurant is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to lead our service team and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position
• Strong bartender knowledge and barista skills are highly preferred
• Ability to train, mentor, and lead the bar team
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service mindset and teamwork attitude
• Positive, professional, and well-groomed appearance
• Able to work in a fast-paced and high-standard service environment
• Available to start immediately

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain high standards of guest service and overall dining experience
• Lead, train, and motivate service and bar team members
• Monitor staff performance and ensure operational procedures are followed
• Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints professionally
• Support beverage operations, including bar service standards and team development
• Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure efficient operations
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards
