Brasserie République is looking for an experienced and passionate Barista / Bartender to join the team. This role is responsible for preparing quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and creating a great experience for every guest.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista, Bartender, or similar role
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, cocktails, and other beverages according to company standards
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Deliver friendly and professional service to guests
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory needs
• Follow hygiene, safety, and operational procedures
