Kahayana Suites Ubud is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing professional to strengthen our online presence and support business growth through innovative digital strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Hospitality, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within the hospitality or luxury hotel industry
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and online marketing channels
• Experience managing social media platforms and online communities
• Familiar with content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic/video editing tools
• Ability to analyze marketing performance and generate actionable insights
• Creative, innovative, and up-to-date with current digital trends
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth
• Manage and optimize social media platforms and digital channels
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, and promotional campaigns
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, traffic, and engagement metrics
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing activities
• Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative marketing initiatives
• Support promotional campaigns, partnerships, and online advertising activities
