Tamora Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Operation Supervisor Padel to join the pre-opening team at The Sphere Padel, Padang Linjong (Pre-Opening). This role is responsible for overseeing daily padel operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced sports hospitality environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operations or related hospitality/sports fields
• Able to join immediately
• Flexible and able to respond to different working situations
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well in a team or independently
• Disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Good English (spoken and written) is a plus
• Based in Bali

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily padel court operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Coordinate guest bookings, schedules, and on-site activities
• Ensure courts and facilities are well-maintained and ready for use
• Lead and support operational staff during daily activities
• Handle guest requests and resolve operational issues professionally
• Monitor service quality and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth overall operations
• Support pre-opening setup and operational readiness
