Tamora Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Pro Shop (Shopkeeper) staff to join the pre-opening team at The Sphere Padel, Padang Linjong (Pre-Opening). This role is responsible for managing the pro shop area, assisting guests with retail products, and supporting smooth daily operations in a sports hospitality environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or related fields
• Able to join immediately
• Flexible and able to respond to different working situations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work well in a team or independently
• Disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Good English (spoken and written) is a plus
• Based in Bali

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the pro shop
• Assist guests with product information and purchases
• Maintain stock accuracy and product display
• Ensure the shop area is clean, organized, and well-presented
• Handle cashier duties and basic transactions
• Support inventory control and reporting
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Coordinate with the team to support smooth operations
