Tamora Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Padel Attendant to join the pre-opening team at The Sphere Padel, Padang Linjong (Pre-Opening). This role is focused on supporting daily padel court operations, assisting guests, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable sports experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in related fields
• Able to join immediately
• Flexible and able to respond to different working situations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work well in a team or independently
• Disciplined and responsible
• Good English (spoken and written) is a plus
• Based in Bali

Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with padel court usage and inquiries
• Ensure courts and facilities are clean, safe, and ready for use
• Support daily operational flow of the padel area
• Help manage bookings and guest scheduling when needed
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations
• Support pre-opening preparation and daily setup
