Tamora Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Supervisor to join the pre-opening team at The Sphere Padel, Padang Linjong (Pre-Opening). This role is responsible for overseeing bar operations, ensuring service quality, and supporting the team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in bar or related hospitality roles
• Able to join immediately
• Flexible and able to handle different working situations
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well in a team or independently
• Disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Good English (spoken and written) is a plus
• Based in Bali

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain high standards of drink quality and service consistency
• Lead, guide, and support bar staff during operations
• Monitor stock, cleanliness, and bar readiness
• Handle guest requests and resolve service issues professionally
• Coordinate with other departments for efficient operations
• Assist in training and developing bar team members
• Support pre-opening setup and bar preparation
