Cocomo Canggu is looking for an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team and deliver exceptional beverage experiences for our guests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the same position
• Good English communication and customer service skills
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage a team
• Minimum 1–2 years of mixology experience
• Experience in beverage menu development
• Fast learner with strong adaptability skills
• Strong multitasking abilities and capable of performing in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-oriented mindset
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards
• Develop and improve beverage menus and cocktail offerings
• Train, motivate, and support bar team members
• Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and consistency
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and ordering
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures
• Deliver excellent customer service and create memorable guest experiences
