Cocomo Canggu is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Waitress to join our team and deliver exceptional dining experiences while supporting daily service operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the same position
• Good English communication and customer service skills
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to guide team members
• Fast learner with strong adaptability skills
• Strong multitasking abilities and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-oriented mindset
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests
• Ensure guest satisfaction through professional and friendly service
• Assist in supervising daily service operations and maintaining service standards
• Support and guide junior service team members when needed
• Handle guest requests and resolve service-related issues professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
